Carly Campbell

My approach to bodywork is gentle, non-invasive, and designed to support the body’s natural ability to find balance, ease, and healing. Through subtle techniques that work with the body’s own self-corrective reflexes, I help clients release tension, improve mobility, and experience deep relaxation.
My work is based on principles that encourage the body’s natural self-healing and self-regulating responses. Rather than forcing change, I listen to the body’s patterns and gently support movement, structure, and energy flow to promote ease and alignment. Sessions are always tailored to the individual, taking into account comfort, sensitivity, and specific needs.
Sessions are fully clothed, and clients are typically treated on a bodywork table, though some techniques may be done seated or standing. Each session begins with a discussion of concerns and goals, followed by a personalized approach to encourage self-correction and balance.

If you’re seeking a gentle yet effective approach to pain relief, relaxation, and overall well-being, I’d love to work with you.
My mission is to offer people a different approach to healing—one that honours the body’s innate wisdom and its ability to restore balance when given the right support. I especially want to help those who feel like they’ve “tried everything” but haven’t yet found the relief or transformation they’re looking for.
Through a combination of Ortho-Bionomy, Reiki, vibrational healing, I guide clients in reconnecting with their body, mind, and energetic systems in a way that feels natural, gentle, and deeply restorative. My goal is not just to provide relief, but to help you develop a greater understanding of your own body’s signals and healing potential.
Whether you’re seeking pain relief, emotional release, or simply a deeper connection to yourself, I’m here to support your journey in a way that feels safe, intuitive, and empowering.
Before 2011, I primarily understood the world through a physical lens—until I attended my first Shambhala festival. There, I encountered mandala art, something my sister and I used to draw without knowing its origins. This moment ignited a deep curiosity in me, leading me to explore the chakra system, quantum physics, Reiki, and various healing modalities that bridge the mind, spirit, and body.
My journey into Reiki and crystal healing began as a personal exploration. I experimented with these practices, observing their effects on my own body and nervous system, which only deepened my curiosity. Over the years, I sought out and experienced numerous healing techniques, each adding to my understanding of the profound connections between energy, consciousness, and physical well-being.
In 2016, I was in a car accident that left me completely stiff and immobile. A friend introduced me to Ortho-Bionomy®, a gentle yet powerful form of bodywork. After just one session, I regained full mobility and never needed medical intervention. This experience sparked a passion within me, and I began studying Ortho-Bionomy® in earnest.
For the past six years, I have immersed myself in this practice, refining my skills and deepening my understanding. In 2023, I made the decision to fully dedicate myself to this path, building a career in holistic bodywork. Today, I offer a unique approach that integrates energy healing, intuitive touch, and deep body awareness to help others find relief, balance, and reconnection within themselves.
My journey is one of continuous learning, and I remain devoted to uncovering the many ways we can heal—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
